Evant I.S.D. offers a variety of opportunities for involvement in student oriented organizations. Parents also have several organizations that help support our school and our kids.

FFA is sponsored by Mike Williams. Students participate in many leadership and judging contests. Many also participate in the Hamilton and Coryell County Livestock Shows, as well as, the larger shows in Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston. This group also attends the annual F.F.A. state convention. The major fund raiser for the year will be the Thanksgiving meat sale, the Christmas fruit sale, and the Harvest Festival Barbeque. |

Beta Club is a National Honor Society and is sponsored by Mrs. Linda Pickens To be a member of this organization, the student must maintain a grade point average of 90 or above. The major fundraiser for this organization is the Homecoming Dance. |

The annual staff is an organization of students who plan, design, and publishes the Evant Elk annual yearbook. Mr. Randy Newby sponsors these students who work long hours after school in order to provide a quality memento of their years in Evant. |

| The Evant Parent-Teacher Organization works to help parents, teachers, and staff work cooperatively in order to make Evant ISD a comfortable, productive, learning environment for our children. There are four major fundraising events that the PTO holds each year: The Innisbrook Gift Wrap fundraiser (held the end of September, first of October), The Harvest Festival (annually, the last weekend in October), The Santa Shop (in December) and the Spring Flower Sale. The PTO awards $1500 in annual scholarships, donates $200 to Project Prom, $200 to the library, and $200 to the drama department each year. They also give employees discounts at the book fair and donate gift cards to them if funds are available. In 2005 they purchased the new HS mascot uniform. In 2006 they purchased two new popcorn machines for the school. Read the PTO Bylaws
The Evant Band Booster Club was created in May, 2000 by a group of parents interested in raising money to help purchase instruments and other necessities for our new school band. The 2009-2010 Band Booster President is Valerie Yocham. |
| The Evant Ag Booster Club was organized to raise money for the purchase of our F.F.A. and 4-H projects (livestock, Home-economics, and Ag mechanics) at the Hamilton and Coryell County Jr. Livestock Shows. |
